For this reason, we have adopted this Privacy Protection Notice to reaffirm our continued commitment to respect and protect our customers' privacy.

This notice is applicable to the consumer customers of our Bank. It is provided for informational purposes to all consumer customers as required under a new federal privacy law. This is not a notice of any changes to our existing privacy policies. No action is required on your part, other than to have been notified of our privacy policies.     The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will continue to be maintained in accordance with this notice even if in the future you decide to close your accounts with us or you become an inactive customer. As used in this notice, the terms "you" and "customer(s)" mean all of our consumer customers who have a continuing relationship with us such as a deposit account, loan, safe deposit box or IRA account where we serve as custodian.

We hope that this notice will assist you in understanding how we handle customer information and the measures we take to protect your nonpublic personal information. If you have any questions regarding this notice or have any concerns regarding your privacy, please feel free to call us at (618) 249-6218, or contact any of our officers.     We appreciate your business and will continue to honor the trust you have placed in us. Thank you for choosing us as your financial institution.

As used in this notice, the term "nonpublic personal information" means any personally identifiable financial information about you that is not publicly available that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. (For example, it may include information such as your social security number, account balance, payment history or assets.)
2. What Information We Disclose to Third Parties

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers, former customers or any other individuals or entities to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. In addition, in order to provide you with the best products and services available, we may also disclose such information about you to advertising agencies or other market research companies that we may retain to provide marketing services on our behalf.
4. Our Security Procedures for Protecting Customer Information
